I have to monitor activity, but don't always need to respond so I'd like to set sounds so I know what's what.
Also, I'd love to be able to set different sounds for different groups and users so I know what I have to jump for and what I can ignore for a while. It's not bad, but a highlight of what the window is might help. We use different chat groups for different purposes and if someone is looking at the wrong group window they may not see what they want or may write in the wrong setting.
